- Dwelling - complete with full kitchen, laundry, bathroom, bedrooms, living spaces, patio, deck, decorative blinds, smart home features and all other listed standard inclusions in the specification sheet.
- Foundation Kit for chosen dwelling
- Owner Build specific inclusions and all necessary materials and parts to assemble the dwelling.
- Complete organisation and management of complying development council certification, council forms, and approvals
- Complete organisation and management of engineering requirements
- Coordination of site surveys, reports and plans

Although we differ from a traditional “bricks and mortar” build, our dwellings are installed and classified as Class 1a buildings in accordance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the National Construction Code (NCC). As such, we are still required to meet many of the same compliance standards as conventional, non-expandable dwellings. This guarantees that our expandable modular homes and granny flats maintain the same high standards for safety, quality, and durability.
